What is acupuncture and What does it do for the body⁉️
So…you don’t like needles? Don’t sweat! 😅Acupuncture is not your usual trip to the doctor for vaccinations💉. The needles are 🌟“much smaller” 🌟and are guided by experts. The needles will help stimulate your central nervous system, ultimately promoting Blood and Qi and better overall mental and physical health.
The 👉 origins of acupuncture are unclear, but many believe it began in China. Eastern medicine adopts the belief that the 👉 body has over 2,000 points linked to pathways and meridians. The pathways create what is called “Qi” (pronounced ‘chee’). Many report a sense of tingling and stimulation with the needles while others describe a more relaxed feeling💆♂️.
Acupuncture has been documented to help and/or cure ailments including: nausea, addiction, back pain, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, menstrual cramps and many many other health issues. It is important, when looking for a practitioner that he/she/they be licensed and reputable. 🎋☯️
